GAZEBO

The Gazebo is a private open-space area. The venue is surrounded by high trees and is tucked away in its private and exclusive location at Royal Vista Golf Club. The space is perfect for large outdoor events and weddings.

FIRST IMPRESSION

Entering the parking lot, guests walk down a long pathway until they reach the steps leading downward to the Gazebo area. Guest will see an open patio that is nestled in between trees and the golf course. At night, the hanging lights are illuminated and provide a warm atmosphere for any occasion and give character to the waterfall, Gazebo, and center island.

Events that take place in the Gazebo area can accomodate 60 to 250 guest. The spacious area is surrounded by high trees, a golf course, and waterfall. The Gazebo located in the front center serves as a perfect backdrop.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL:

  • 5 hours of event time (not including set up). Outdoor Area closes at 11PM (No Exceptions!)

  • White Padded Garden Chairs

  • Round Tables (8 people) provided

  • 6ft Rectangle Tables

  • Table Linens (Colors Vary)

  • Clean up during and after the event

  • Water & Coffee Station

  • Outside Bar Tender & Fully Stocked Bar (*minimum $750 drink purchase plus 20% service fee required)

WHAT IS ALLOWED:

  • Outside Catering (Kitchen is not available for outside catering)

  • Coffee Vendors

  • Pastry Vendors

  • Photo Booth Vendors

  • Live Music (Music MUST end at 10PM)

  • DJ’s (Music MUST be lowered at 10PM)

  • Outdoor Lighting

  • Outside Rentals including: Chairs, Linens, Furniture, and Back Drops.

  • Jumpers (Must be Insured)

  • Outdoor Games

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:

  • Outside Alcoholic Beverages (All Alcoholic Beverages must be purchased at onsite bar)

  • No Open-Flamed Candles or Sparklers

  • No Confetti and Glitter

  • No Nails or Staples to Hang Decorations

  • No Strong Adhesive Tape on Walls or Fixtures
