THE BAR AT ROYAL VISTA

The Bar is the onsite public bar located inside the main building of the Royal Vista Club. The Bar can accommodate up to 120 guest and it’s perfect for any small occasion as well as small gatherings. The Bar has its own dance floor, bar, tables, chairs, and outdoor patio.

WHAT IS INCLUDED in your reservation:

NOTE: The Bar will remain open to the public during your reservation.

  • 4 hours Table Time Limit (Bar closes at 12AM)

  • On-site Chairs

  • On-site Tables

  • (1) 6ft Rectangle Table

  • Table Linens (Black)

  • Clean up during and after the event

  • Bar Tender & Fully Stocked Bar (*minimum $750 drink purchase plus 20% service fee required)

  • Bar Food Menu Available from (11AM-7:30PM) unless arrangements made with Kitchen Manager

WHAT IS ALLOWED:

  • Outside Catering (*allowed after Bar Kitchen is closed)

  • Pastry Vendors

  • Photo Booth Vendors

  • Live Music

  • DJ’s

  • Table Decorations and Balloons

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED:

  • Outside Alcoholic Beverages (All Alcoholic Beverages must be purchased at onsite bar) If alcohol is brought on the premises, Royal Vista has the right to cancel the event without a refund.

  • No Open-Flamed Candles or Sparklers

  • No Confetti or Glitter

  • No Nails or Staples to Hang Decorations

  • No Strong Adhesive Tape on Walls or Fixtures
